Finance Assistant
An opportunity has arisen to join the Sevenoaks Prep team to take part in all financial aspects of the operational side of the business. We look for caring, friendly, hard-working team players who appreciate out nurturing ethos and Way of Life.
Responsible to The Bursar, the sucessful candidate will:
- Have safeguarding of children as their priority.
- Provide support to the Bursar in the following areas; financial, administration, IT
- Manage the day to day operation of the accounting system making sure it is updated and maintained with accuracy and timeliness.
- Work alongside the School’s administration team, acting as a point of contact for school enquiries either by telephone, email or face to face and to contribute to the smooth running and professionalism of the school.

Head of Digital Learning
The Head of Digital Learning reports directly to the Deputy Head and is responsible for the strategic development of digital creativity across all academic departments throughout the School. They also hold day-to-day responsibility for the smooth running and implementation of digital initiatives, working closely with the SMТ.
- This is a Head of Department position with a brief to lead and support digital learning across the curriculum.
- As part of the role, the successful candidate will be expected to become a part of the School’s safeguarding team as a deputy designated safeguarding lead (training will be provided where necessary).
- The successful candidate will have QTS with a proven track record of excellent teaching and successful interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage staff and provide leadership in the use of technology to achieve academic excellence is essential.
