The whole school recently came together for an inspiring Creative Arts Day. With ‘dreams’ as the theme, pupils immersed themselves in a wide range of exciting workshops including art, drama, dance, music and photography. It was wonderful to see such creativity and enthusiasm as children explored new skills and expressed their ideas in imaginative ways.
We were thrilled to welcome visiting specialists from Eastbourne College, a drama expert from Articul8, and a creative practitioner from Arty Farty Retreat. Alongside them, our own talented teachers led a fantastic array of workshops, from cyanotype printing and clay tree art to an interactive sensory music trail.
Pupils in Years 3–8 also collaborated on a stunning piece of group artwork, which is now proudly on display.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make Creative Arts Day such a success!
