Last Tuesday, a Year 4 pupil stepped into the shoes of the Headmaster for the day. She proudly received her Head’s Badge and greeted pupils with a smile as they arrived at school.
Her first official duty was leading assembly with a thoughtful and inspiring presentation on resilience. She then attended meetings with the Bursar and Marketing Department, before chairing the staff meeting.
The afternoon included discussions with the Early Years team, time with Year 2 during their games lesson and lunch duty with the Pre-Prep team.
After a health and safety walk with the maintenance team, she finished her day by reading to Nursery children and helping to dismiss the Reception children.
She was a wonderful Head for the day – well done!
