Our Years 7 & 8 pupils had an exciting introductory training session at Better body Group in Sevenoaks, putting their speed, strength, and endurance to the test.
They worked on their reaction time using Blaze Pods, took part in sprint training with resistance belts, and tackled circuit exercises using bikes, medicine balls, and their own bodyweight—all under the expert guidance of youth athlete development trainers.
The sessions were met with great enthusiasm, and many pupils are eager to continue their training in an after-school club launching after half term.
