STEAM Activities Day

On Friday, we celebrated STEAM with a series of activities and challenges that encompassed Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Maths.  Pupils across the school from Nursery to Year 7, worked in teams to solve a number of challenges including ‘sink or float’ in Nursery, building spaghetti bridges and towers strong enough to withstand considerable force in Year 6, and finding ways to move a lego piece along some string without touching it in Year 4.  It was wonderful to see so much creativity and excellent problem solving skills!
