Open Days & Events

We would be delighted to welcome you to The Prep and give you the opportunity to experience first-hand what makes our school such a special place. Our admissions events provide a wonderful opportunity to meet our staff, explore our beautiful grounds, see learning in action and discover how we inspire children to become confident, curious and well-rounded young people.

If you are unable to attend one of our upcoming events, or would prefer a personalised visit, our Admissions Team would be delighted to arrange a tour at a time that suits you. We can also arrange virtual meetings with our Headmaster, Director of Admissions or Head of Pre-Prep at a time convenient for you.

Families considering The Prep for their children are warmly invited to attend our whole school Open Morning on Friday 9th October from 9.00 am – 11.00 am. To register your interest please complete the enquiry form below and a member of our admissions team will be in touch, or email them directly at admissions@theprep.org.uk for more details.

Our Open Morning is the ideal way to see what The Prep is all about. It will give you the invaluable opportunity to hear from our Headmaster and Head of Pre-Prep, enjoy a tour with pupils who will give you an insight into life at The Prep, meet teachers from across the school, experience classes in actions and see our beautiful grounds.

If you would like to visit before then, please contact our Admissions team, who would be delighted to set up a personalised tour at a convenient time. We always enjoy welcoming prospective families to The Prep and sharing what makes our School such a special place.

Families considering a Reception 2027 place are warmly invited to join us for our Reception Open Morning on Wednesday 11th November 2026 from 9.00 am – 10.00 am.

This dedicated event is designed to give prospective parents an insight into life in our Reception classes. Enjoy a coffee with our Reception team, tour the classrooms and see the children engaged in their learning and play. You will also have the opportunity to learn more about our enriching curriculum, which combines a nurturing Early Years environment with specialist teaching in areas including music, art, outdoor adventures, PE and games.

It is the perfect opportunity meet the team, to ask questions and discover how we inspire confidence, curiosity and a love of learning from the very start of a child’s educational journey.
